DELIVERY INFORMATION
Today’s Male uses the best carriers in the business to make sure your order gets to you on time. From the Secure Checkout page, you’ll see your item description, price and Ships time.
Ships Time
The ‘Ships’ time is an estimate of when the item will leave our warehouse. For example, if an item displays “Ships: Within 24 hours,” the item will leave our warehouse within 24 hours after you place your order. While Today’s Male works hard to ship every order as quickly as possible, personalized, custom-tailored, and more popular items may have longer Ship times.
Occasionally, we will confirm ship and delivery times, then learn we are unable to fulfill the order due to low product availability. In these rare cases, we will notify by email of the new ship and delivery times.
Items ship as they become available. Once the item leaves our warehouse, the shipping method you choose on the Checkout page determines when shipped items will deliver to your shipping address. You can ship each item to a different address, and choose up to 15 different addresses per order.
Shipping Methods
Once the item leaves our store, the Shipping Method you choose on the Checkout page determines how quickly your shipped item delivers to your doorstep. You can choose a different Shipping Method for each item on your order.
Shipping Methods:
Guaranteed Standard Shipping → Delivers within 5 business days*
Guaranteed 2 Day Shipping → Delivers within 2 business days
Guaranteed 2-3 Business Day Shipping → Delivers within 2-3 business days
Guaranteed Next Day Shipping → Delivers within 1 business day
Guaranteed Next Day Shipping, before noon → Delivers before noon the day after the product is available
*Items shipped Standard via United States Postal Service deliver within 5 to 7 business days after shipping.
Puerto Rico:
Average transit time is 2-5 days.
Carriers deliver to Culebra and Vieques twice per week.
Overnight shipping is available to some zip codes for an additional cost.
Shipping Cost
If your order totals more than $50, you’ll receive free standard shipping in the United States. The cost for expedited shipping is calculated and displayed on the Checkout page before you complete your order. Please note that applicable shipping fees apply to Today’s Male Print Products.
Personal Pickup
You can select Today’s Male Retail Store to pick up most items purchased on Today’s Male Online Store.
To pick up your items in a Today’s Male Store, you will need to bring the card used for payment, or the order number and a valid photo ID. If you have designated a Pickup Contact, they will need to bring the order number and a valid photo ID.
Items marked Available Today will usually be ready for pick up within 3-5 hours. You’ll receive a Pickup Notification email when each item becomes available. Please wait for the Pickup Notification email before coming to the Today’s Male Store.
What’s Next?
Once your order is placed, Today’s Male provides information on your order by email. The type of email you receive depends on whether you chose to have the items shipped or picked up. If you have multiple items on your order, you may receive additional emails for each item.
Order Acknowledgement Email
The Order Acknowledgement email provides a summary of all the items on your order. If you are shipping an item on your order, the Order Acknowledgement will display the shipping address and a Delivers date link. You can click the Delivers date link to view your order status in online Order Status.
For pickup items on your order, the Order Acknowledgement email will display the Today’s Male location. If you have designated someone to pick up your items, the Order Acknowledgement email will also display your Pickup Contact.
Shipment Notification Email
We’ll send a Shipment Notification email when the item ships from our store. The Shipment Notification email includes the carrier name, tracking number, and a Delivers by date. You can click the tracking number link to track your package on the carrier’s website.
For a Today’s Male Store Gift Card by Email, we’ll send you an email notification once we send the gift card to the recipient.
Pickup Notification Email
Once your items are available at Today’s Male, we’ll send a Pickup Notification email.
To pick up your items, you will need to bring the card used for payment, or the order number and a valid photo ID. If you have designated someone else to pick up your items, they will need to bring the order number and a valid photo ID.
Pickup Reminder Email
We’ll send a Pickup Reminder email if all of your items have been available for two days.
How to change my text message preferences:
You can edit your mobile phone number at any time by logging into your account and editing the Shipment or Pickup Notification preferences for your order.

Delivery Options
Today’s Male chooses which carrier will deliver your shipment, and some of our shipments require a signature. Your Shipment Notification email will tell you whether a signature is required. The carrier will make three delivery attempts before returning the items to Today’s Male. Once your order has prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address.
If you are unavailable to provide a signature, Today’s Male offers three easy options for you to receive your package.
Option 1: Pre-sign with Today’s Male
There are two ways you can Pre-sign for your shipment:
Click the Pre-sign for this shipment link in your Shipment Notification email
Visit online Order Status and click the “Pre-sign for this shipment” link
Complete and print the Shipment Release Authorization form. Leave the form on your door for the carrier, prior to 8:00 a.m. on the day of expected delivery.
You can specify a preferred delivery location (e.g., front door, back door, immediate neighbor, or building manager). If you provide an address other than the one specified on the package, someone must sign for the package.
If you’d like to pre-sign for more than one shipment, simply print, sign, and leave a Shipment Release Authorization for each package.
For safety and security reasons, all deliveries are subject to the driver’s discretion. If you are unable to access the Pre-sign Form, call Today’s Male Store Customer Service at 1-352-237-4747and let us help!
Option 2: Sign to release your shipment to your address, an immediate neighbor, or a building manager
If you did not pre-sign for your package through Today’s Male, and you were unavailable to provide a signature, the carrier will leave a Delivery Notice on your door after the first delivery attempt.
You can sign the Delivery Notice, specify a preferred delivery location (e.g., front door, back door, immediate neighbor, building manager), and leave the notice on your door prior to the next delivery attempt.
If you provide an address other than the one specified on the package, someone must sign for the package.
Option 3: Pick up package at carrier’s local facility
After the first delivery attempt, you can request to pick up your package at our carrier’s local facility. Call the number on the carrier’s Delivery Notice and inform the carrier you’d like to pick up your package in person.
To pick up your package from the carrier’s local facility, you’ll need:
The Delivery Notice
Government ID (driver’s license, passport) that matches the package name and address
Second ID with your name on it (credit card, social security card)
The carrier can release the package only to the person included on the shipping address.
Shipping Policies Shopping in the U.S.
Today’s Male Online Store US ships items within the continental US, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. No shipments can be made to PO Box addresses, United States territories, or addresses outside of the United States. You may not export any products purchased at Today’s Male Online Store.
